1. A polícia PODE te deter, por alguns minutos, para “averiguação”. Ou seja, para verificar se você está carregando bombas, armas, drogas, etc. A polícia NÃO PODE te prender para averiguação, te jogar em um camburão, e te levar para a delegacia;
2. Se você for pego cometendo algum crime (independente das razões para isso), você poderá ser preso. Se você estiver portando drogas, bombas, armas, ou estiver depredando o patrimônio público, a polícia PODE te prender e te levar para a delegacia;
3. Você tem o direito de permanecer calado diante de qualquer pergunta, de qualquer autoridade. Você também tem direito, na delegacia, de contar com o auxílio de um advogado. Se você for preso, levado para a delegacia, e quiserem tomar o seu depoimento, EXIJA um advogado presente. Se não permitirem a presença de um, dê como declaração o seguinte: “PERMANECEREI EM SILÊNCIO, PORQUE ME FOI NEGADO O DIREITO DE TER UM ADVOGADO ACOMPANHANDO ESTE ATO”. Isso tem que ficar documentado no papel. Se o delegado ou o agente da polícia civil se negar a colocar isso no papel, NÃO ASSINE NADA!
4. Na delegacia, LEIA TUDO ANTES DE ASSINAR! Se o que estiver escrito não for a realidade, ou se você não disse alguma coisa que está escrita, NÃO ASSINE;
5. Se você for preso, não adianta discutir com o policial. Não reaja. Anote o nome de todos. Grave-os na sua memória. Se você vir alguém sendo preso, FILME! E, se souber o nome de quem está sendo preso, colete outros nomes ao redor, com telefone para contato, que poderão no futuro servir de testemunhas. Após, entre em contato com a pessoa que foi presa e repasse as informações.
6. Qualquer revista da polícia, em você ou em mochilas, DEVE SER FEITA NA PRESENÇA DE TODOS. A polícia NÃO PODE pegar a sua mochila e ir verificá-la longe dos olhos de todos.
7. Se você estiver machucado, EXIJA ATENDIMENTO MÉDICO IMEDIATO, mesmo antes de ir para a delegacia. A sua saúde deve ser mais importante do que a sua prisão.

9. E o mais importante: viu alguém sofrendo qualquer tipo de abuso? FILME! A polícia levou a mochila para revistar, sem o acompanhamento de ninguém? FILME! Viu alguém sendo preso por portar coisas legais, como vinagre ou máscaras, FILME! Anote o nome dos policiais que abusarem. Se ele não estiver portando alguma identificação, TIRE UMA FOTO! Depois buscaremos, com esses dados e com essas provas, a responsabilização do Estado e do policial que cometer os abusos.

Samsung expected to unveil next-gen Galaxy S III at May 3 event
Samsung on May 3 is expected to unveil the next-generation Galaxy S III, the latest iteration of a blockbuster device that has helped the South Korean company overtake Apple as the world’s largest smartphone maker.
“A whole new world will soon be unpacked,” Samsung promises on its official Galaxy splash page. Perhaps taking a page from the Apple iPad 3 playbook, the company has thus far referred to upcoming phone as the “next” Galaxy S.
"We are anticipating very strong demand of Galaxy S," said senior VP Robert Yi, during the company’s Q1 earnings call, a comment believed to be a reference to the new phone.
A company spokeswoman declined to confirm to FoxNews.com that the company will reveal the new phone at the London event, dubbed Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2012.
The next Galaxy is expected to be equipped with the company's own Exynos 4 chip, a quadcore processor running at 1.4GHz. It is also rumored to carry a high-resolution 4.8-inch screen, a 12-megapixel camera, and the latest version of Android, dubbed Ice Cream Sandwich, according to various rumors, leaks and reports.
Samsung has enjoyed success across a diverse product line of phones, including a collaboration with Google to create the Galaxy Nexus as well as the larger, more niche Note device. But the flagship Galaxy S series remains the company’s stalwart performer, winning near unanimous praise from critics and customers alike.
Reviews of last year’s Galaxy S II were generally enthusiastic. Engadget gave the device a 9/10, calling it “the best Android smartphone yet” and “possibly the best smartphone, period,” while TechRadar gave the S II a perfect 5/5 stars noting that it “set a new bar for smartphones in 2011.”
Samsung sold 3 million units worldwide within 55 days. By February 2012, the company had shipped over 20 million units globally, becoming the world’s premier mobile phone provider and overtaking Apple and Nokia.
Samsung held a 30.6 percent share of the world's smartphone market, while Apple followed with a 24.1 percent share, according to data released Friday by London-based research firm Strategy Analytics.
